tiānxiān
天人與神仙也。理趣分述讚中曰：「五趣之極曰天，人有神德曰仙。」大日經疏二曰：「天仙謂諸五通神仙。」法華懺法曰：「菩薩聲聞緣覺眾，及一切天仙。」
deva-ṛṣi, or devas and rsis, or immortals. Nāgārjuna gives ten classes ofṛṣis whose lifetime is 100, 000 years, then they are reincarnated. Another category is fivefold: 天仙 deva-ṛṣis in the mountains round Sumeru: 神仙 spirit-ṛṣis who roam the air: 人仙 humans who have attained the powers of immortals; 地仙 earthṛṣis, subterranean; 鬼仙pretas, or malevolentṛṣis.
