一飲食 飲料食物。欲界之有情必依飲食資身。謂以香、味、觸三法為體，入於口腹而能資益諸根者。佛地經論卷一（大二六‧二九五上）：「能任持身，令不斷壞，長養善法，故名為食。」飲食之種類有：飯、麥豆、麨、肉、餅等五噉食，與根、莖、葉、花、果等五嚼食。佛制以日午為法食之正時。摩訶僧祇律謂，午時日影過一髮一瞬，即是非時。又據摩德勒伽論載，若得食時，口口作念，凡限食三匙為一口，第一匙默云「願斷一切惡」，第二匙云「願修一切善」，第三匙云「所修善根迴向眾生，普共成佛」。〔梵摩難國王經、南海寄歸內法傳卷一〕p7156
