saṃprabhaṇita , and °bhāṇita ( nt. ; orig. ppp. of prec. ), sound, resonance : pañcāpsaraḥsahasrāṇi divyatūryasaṃgīti-°bhaṇitena bodhisattvamātaram upasaṃkramya LV 96.15 (prose); tūryasaṃgīti-°bhaṇitena mahatā gītavāditena 204.1 (prose; here could be adj. with °vāditena); tūryasahasra-°bhaṇite (so most mss. ; read as one word, loc. abs. , in view of the sound of … ) pramadavaragaṇe ( and in view of the crowd of lovely houris ) LV 326.20 ( vs ); (koṭīśataṃ devaputrāṇāṃ tūryatāḍāvacara-)-saṃgīti-°bhaṇitenāvasthitam abhūt SP 405.6 (prose); -saṃgīti-°bhaṇitadharmasvabhāvopasaṃhitāni Gv 88.14 (prose); tāsāṃ madhyagataḥ Puṇyaraśmī rājakumāraḥ saṃgīti-°bhāṇitena RP 41.21 (prose), and Prince P. moved in their midst to the sound of … ; (catvāro mahārājāḥ …) tūryatāḍāvacarasaṃgīti-°bhāṇitena ( Lefm. °bhānitena) … pātrāṇi parigṛhya LV 383.19 (prose). Both °bha° and °bhā° seem well attested; the mg. must be the same.
