paramatā , supreme quality of the paramā bodhi, supreme enlightenment of a Buddha; there are seven such, Bbh 89.10 ff. (they are in no way related to the pāramitā ), viz. , āśraya-, pratipatti-, saṃpatti-, jñāna-, prabhāva-, prahāṇa-, and vihāra-p°, defined in the following.
