Kodha [Vedic krodha from krudh, cf. kujjhati] anger. Nearest synonyms are āghāta (Dhs. 1060 = Nidd II §576, both expositions also of dosa), upanāha (always in chain rāga, dosa, moha, kodha, upanāha) and dhūma (cf. θυμόϛ, Mhg. toūm = anger).
