gṛhatara , nt. ( compv. to Skt. gṛha; cf. Renou, Gr. scte. 237 ), superior house , the comp. suffix prob. complimentary; or possibly something like a house (like aśvatara, mule ): LV 59.19 śuddhodanena manuṣyātikrāntaṃ divyāsaṃprāptaṃ ( surpassing human but not equalling divine workmanship ) gṛhataraṃ pratisaṃskāritam abhūt (for Māyā).
