Gūtha [Sanskrit gūtha; probably to Latin bubino, see Walde, Latin Wtb. sub voce ] excrement, fæces, dung. As food for petas frequently mentioned in Pv; (cf. Stede, GPv 24 f. ), as a decoction of dung also used for medicinal purposes (Vin I 206 e.g.).
