gābhīra-tā , deepness, depth : Mv ii.148.3 (prose) (kleśaśatānāṃ) gābhīratā. Skt. Gr. records gāmbhīra, adj. acc. to BR , pw 7.338 ; but gābhīra-, if not a corruption, is most likely a replacement of gambhīra by the ‘ Morengesetz ’ ( § 3.3 ).
