Dibba (adjective) [Vedic divya = Pāli divya in verse (q.v.), Greek δῖος (°διϝιος), Latin dīus (°divios) = divine. Cf. deva] of the next world, divine, heavenly, celestial, superb, magnificent, fit for exalted beings higher than man (devas, heroes, manes etc.), superhuman, as opposed to mānusaka human.
