一賓達 （Bendall, Cecil; 1856～1907）英國之東方學、印度學學者。曾於牛津大學習梵文，後至印度，並在附屬於尼泊爾王室之都爾巴文庫（Durbar Library）從事研究。一八八O年出版大雲請雨經（梵 Megha-sūtra），一八八八年出版祕密儀軌說話（梵 Tantrakyāna），一八九七年出版大乘集菩薩學論（梵 Śikṣā-samuccaya）等之原典。一八八三年曾編纂劍橋大學所藏梵語佛教寫本目錄（Catalogue of Buddhist Sanskrit Manuscripts in the University Library, Cambridge），對佛教年代之推定以及梵字之研究功績卓著。對考古學、古錢學、碑銘等有關之研究，亦成績斐然。一八九八年再度至尼泊爾，得九十部古寫本，合併以前五百餘部資料，總收於劍橋大學圖書館。所著如 Journey of Literary and Archaeological Researches in Nepal and Northern India, 1886; History of Nepal and Surrounding Countries 等，俱富前人所未有之史料。p7441
