一禁足 指九旬安居期間，嚴禁安居之眾僧出於道場之外，此乃釋尊所制定者。蓋以雨期安居時，草木、蟲類繁殖最多，恐外出時誤蹈之，而遭世譏。同時，安居期間係屬辦道修行之時節，故禁止外出。p6970
