Bhavaviveka，菩薩名。譯曰清辯、明辯。西域記十曰：「婆毘吠伽，唐言清辯。」釋迦方誌下曰：「婆毘吠伽論師，此云明辯。」般若燈論之作主也。此菩薩住阿素羅宮，待慈氏出世之因緣記於西域記十。
