又曰善法堂。在忉利天，諸天人論事之如法不如法處。法華經法師功德品曰：「在妙法堂上為忉利天說法。」俱舍論十一曰：「西南角有善法堂，三十三天時集於彼，詳論如法不如法事。」
善法堂 The hall of wonderful dharma, situated in the south-west corner of the Trāyastriṃśas heaven, v. 忉, where the thirty-threedevas discuss whether affairs are according to law or truth or the contrary.
