害比丘之淨行者，無過於婦人，故經中最排斥婦人。大寶積經四十四曰：「當知婦人是眾苦本。是障礙本、是殺害本、是繫縛本、是憂愁本、是怨對本、是生盲本，當知婦人滅聖慧眼。」
