shèngtāi
十住十行十迴向之三賢位。謂為聖胎。因其以自種為因，善友為緣，聞正法而修習長養，至於初地而見道，生於佛家故也。仁王經中曰：「是為菩薩初長養心，為聖胎故。」同良賁疏曰：「於三賢位俱名聖胎。所謂胎者，自種為因，善友為緣，聞淨法界等流正法，修習長養，初地見道，誕佛家矣。」
The womb of holiness which enfolds and develops the bodhisattva, i.e. the 三賢位 three excellent positions attained in the 十住, 十行 and 十迴向.
immortal body
一聖胎 指菩薩修行階位中之十住、十行、十迴向等三賢位。因其以自種為因，善友為緣，聽聞正法，修習長養，至於初地而見道，生於佛家，故稱聖胎。〔仁王經卷上菩薩教化品、仁王經疏（良賁）〕p7024
