對三乘聖果之福德，而謂人天之福德為凡福。盂蘭盆經疏上曰：「小行人天凡福。」

一凡福 指人、天之福德。與三乘修行聖果之福德對稱。此人天福德係為求得現生之樂與後生之樂，而勤修布施、持戒、修定等三種人、天之正業，所獲得之果報。〔成佛之道（印順）〕p960
