又作鍵南、蹇南、健男、羯南。譯曰堅厚、堅固、凝厚。胎內五位之一。人於胎內至第四七日肉團堅厚者。玄應音義二十二曰：「鍵南，舊云伽訶那，此云堅厚。至第四七日，肉團方堅實。」俱舍光記九曰：「健南，此云堅肉。」大佛頂經七，作「羯南。」梵Ghana。
