修羅酒

梵語修羅Surā又Sura，譯云酒。阿修羅，即無酒也。見阿修羅條。

surā, wine, spirits; but it is also intp. asasurawine, i.e. the nonexistent.

修羅酒　　舊翻無酒，謂採四天下花於海釀酒不成，故言無酒。或云非天，此神果報最勝，鄰次諸天而非天，故言非天也。

梵語修羅，華譯無酒，相傳阿修羅能飲如海量之酒，飲至沒有酒飲，故名無酒。
