天台三觀之一。觀中諦之理而斷無明之惑也。四教儀曰：「從此用中道觀，破一分無明，顯一分三德。」
One of the Tiantai 三觀 three meditations, i. e. on the doctrine of the Mean to get rid of the illusion of phenomena.
